FluxSD (Official website https://fluxsd.com) is an open source AIGC platform built with PHP+JS+Nginx+Python+Redis+Mysql. With this platform, you can use the GPU computing power of your own computer to build a complete Stable diffution image generation system locally to serve yourself or the design department of your company. You can also share your GPU computing power for others to use. At the same time, this system also integrates the latest Midjourney, Stable Diffution, Llama3.1 and other large model APIs. Even if the local computer does not have a GPU, you can enrich the system's functions by calling FluxSD.com or other official APIs.

This policy is closely related to our products and/or services you use. When you download, install, launch, browse, register, log in, and use our products and/or services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "using our products and/or services"), we will process and protect your personal information in accordance with this policy. 1. How we collect and use your personal information

Fluxsd.com is an image processing and generation application software based on computer graphics and image processing technology. In this policy, we will explain to you in turn the scope of personal information that may be collected by each function, the purpose of collection, the method of collection, and the possible consequences of refusing to provide personal information. Please be aware that when you refuse to provide the corresponding information necessary to implement various functions, you can still use other functions of the Fluxsd.com.

1. Account registration and login

1.1. When you register and log in, we will collect your email address to provide you with fast login services; at the same time, to help you complete the registration process.

1.2. If you use a third-party account to log in, in order to meet the requirements of the online real-name system, we will collect your email to complete the real-name authentication before you use publishing, commenting and other functions. Please consider carefully before providing this type of information. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to use the corresponding functions normally.

2. Provide products and/or services to you

2.1. Image processing, creation, and download

2.1.1. When you use the function of processing or generating pictures, we will store you images in our cloud storage.

2.1.2. When you use the generate image function, the image you generate will be stored in our server, because Storage is required to achieve this functionality. You can also delete these at any time within the app.

2.2. Face Data

When you use image processing or generation functions, some functions (such as AI face swapping, face restore) are designed to process facial photos. These images will be stored in the cloud (AWS, located in Virginia, USA) for processing. You can delete these images at any time through the website function. If you do not actively delete these images, Fluxsd.com will automatically delete them when your storage space reaches the upper limit or exceeds 6 months. Fluxsd.com will not disclose or share any of your face data with any third party.

  • How does the Face process data?

step1: The user uploads the picture (may contain face information).

step2: Fluxsd.com stores the pictures uploaded by the user as necessary data for subsequent processing.

step3: Fluxsd.com's AI engine processes the picture, including but not limited to detail adjustment, AI generation, resolution enhancement, synthesis, etc., and generates a new picture.

step4: The generated result picture is returned to the user.

step5: Delete the picture uploaded by the user.

step6: If the user does not actively delete the result picture, Fluxsd.com will delete the result picture after 6 months.

3. We may obtain your personal information indirectly from third parties

If you log in using an account on a third-party platform, after you explicitly authorize the account to be bound, the third-party platform will synchronize your account with us. The avatar, nickname, region (if any), gender (if any) and friend information (for the Weibo platform) used on the platform so that you can log in directly and use Fluxsd.com.

4. Exceptions with authorized consent

According to relevant laws and regulations, in the following situations, we may collect and use some necessary personal information without your authorization and consent. Information:

We do not sell your personal information. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising subject to your right to opt out. See item 6 below.

13. Biometric Information (Face Data) Policy

We may process biometric information in connection with features like AI face swap and face restore. We take special precautions consistent with applicable biometric privacy laws (e.g., Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, Washington law) where they apply.

  1. Notice and written consent: Before we collect or process biometric identifiers or information, we provide notice of the specific purposes and obtain your written affirmative consent. By initiating a face-related feature and confirming the prompt, you provide such consent.

  2. Purpose limitation: We use biometric information solely to provide the requested feature (e.g., swapping/restoring faces in an image) and for security/fraud prevention.

  3. No sale/monetization: We do not sell, lease, or otherwise profit from biometric identifiers or biometric information.

  4. Disclosure: We do not disclose your biometric information to third parties except to service providers acting on our behalf to provide the requested feature, under contractual obligations to protect such information.

  5. Retention and destruction schedule: Source images you upload for face features are deleted after processing is completed. Resulting images are retained for no longer than 6 months unless you delete them earlier. We do not retain face templates beyond what is strictly necessary to perform the requested operation. Biometric identifiers/information, if generated, are permanently deleted upon completion of the purpose or within three years after your last interaction with us, whichever occurs first.

  6. Security: We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of biometric information, including access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.

14. Children and Teens' Privacy (COPPA/CPRA)

  1. Children under 13: Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

  2. Teens (ages 13–16): For California residents aged 13–16, we will not sell or share personal information without prior opt-in consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

  2. Provision to third parties: When providing personal data to third parties (including affiliates, service providers, and content review providers), we confirm compliance with APPI and keep required records. Where required, we obtain your prior consent.

  3. Entrustment to processors: We may entrust processing to service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, security). We supervise entrusted processors to ensure appropriate security controls are maintained.

  4. Cross-border transfers: We store and process data in the United States (e.g., AWS data centers in Virginia). Prior to transferring personal data to a foreign third party, we inform you of the personal information protection system of the recipient’s country (United States) and the security management measures implemented by the recipient and obtain your consent, or we ensure appropriate safeguards as permitted by APPI. We also maintain records of such third-party provision.

  • Operational logs and device information: up to 12 months, unless required longer for security or legal obligations.
  • Uploaded source images for face features: deleted after processing is completed.
  • Resulting/generated images: retained no longer than 6 months, unless you delete them earlier.
  • Customer support communications: up to 2 years after resolution.
  • Backups: typically retained for up to 35 days on a rolling basis.

When retention ends, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data.

18. Security Measures and Data Breach Notification

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and personnel training.
